Busser/Kitchen: Bussers are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests. Because of the high volume of business at Hard Rock Cafe, bussers may be crossed trained as Food Runner-Server Assistants. Responsibilties of the Food Runner-Server Assistant include: *Delivering food to Guest Tables •Properly reading items printed on order tickets *Assembling orders - double checking product quality and specs Maintaining a clean & organized station – including pre-bussing & table maintenance Job Changes are not possible once you arrive at Hard Rock Cafe.
