Arrival: The information about arrival follows usually 2-4 weeks before arrival date. We tell the students where and when they have to arrive (Hamburg, Munich, Stuttgart and so on). They can arrive by bus or by plane. We welcome participants with 1-2 nights in a hostel inclusive welcome seminar and city tour or something similar. Please inform us if participants can’t arrive at the planned date! It might costs extra if they can’t arrive on the planned date because we must book accommodation and public transfer tickets.
